For those who want to replace the default Windows Fastest VPN manager with a much more robust option - Eddie VPN client:

Configure Eddie with non-AirVPN:

Torrents seem to work, but do not have any incoming ports. So you will download only from those who have their ports open for incoming connections.

don't touch anything related to banking / finances, crypto and anything sensitive requiring a password and you will be good to go.
They will be MiTM / mining traffic data, along with your personal information... Ad injections seem also very likely, as they strive to cover bandwidth costs.
You have to be a very special kind of fool to trust some random password manager ("PassHulk"

almost all the "VPN Reviews" are shills and untrustworthy garbage -- there are tons of them on YT & blog spam articles ridden this "BEST VPN" reviews
All these guys care about is clicking through their "special link" (or using their promo code) to get commission from a new user signup. Zero Fks are given about anything else.
1) Netflix US
2) Netflix UK
3) HBO Max
4) Disney Plus
5) Hulu
I've used Hulu on my Fire TV stick on my TV. FastestVPN has an app for Fire TV.

I cannot download VPN for Linux, do lifetime member are not eligible for apps ? Using Winscribe it was simple just install winds scribe ubuntu client.
On simple google I do see CLI instruction for setting up openvpn. But it means I have to run a background task and the vpn server will not change. How to automate this open vpn connection.
The speed that I got from a NY server is about 1/5 of Winscribe in same region. Any pointers to help me in setting this up ?

FastestVPN instructions on their page seem to have missed "Accept DNS configuration: Exclusive".
https://www.snbforums.com/threads/openvpn-dns-selective-routing-questions.28191/#post-217362
Their default suggestion (Disable) was leaking DNS requests. But "Exclusive" took care of that.
Did the Kill switch via Tomato too.
Overall, the router could do about 6.5MBs of download traffic, getting to ~100% of cpu usage. Did a Linux iso torrent, everything is totally stable for > 1 hour. No DNS leaks it seems. Nothing on https://iknowwhatyoudownload.com
My conclusion is that a beefy router is needed, to do all the AES encryption/decryption.
Anyway, grab a beefy router off the Tomato list, eBay is cheap, set it up for tunneling, and it seems that any VPN would work more or less including this one.

Tomato Kill Switch
Go to Administration -> Scripts > Firewall
Add the following rules:
iptables -I FORWARD -i br0 -o tun0 -j ACCEPT
iptables -I FORWARD -i tun0 -o br -j ACCEPT
iptables -I FORWARD -i br0 -o $(nvram get wan_iface) -j DROP
iptables -I INPUT -i tun0 -j REJECT
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o tun0 -j MASQUERADE
Save the rule and reboot router.

I am waiting for free trial offer later to see the benefit and won't bother if it's bad.
Thanks
So far the tomato router managed VPN seems reasonably solid, no drop outs.
Update: non-VPN speed is 41 ms ping, 12.37 Mbs download / 1.68 Mbs upload
Save your money and get a better VPN like Windscribe or KeepSolid's Unlimited VPN.
Edit:
Apparently their android tv app had the streaming servers hidden
I confirmed it works and i only learned this after i contacted support for a refund
Poor app design on their part
