Maybe a dumb question. Do you need 2 different Netflix accounts to watch?
No. You will use only one account, but switch the countries using VPN to watch country specific content.

two of my LifeTime VPN providers already dead.
Yeah this is a common thing. Charging one time and providing unlimited access is an untenable business strategy. It costs money to rent the servers that run their VPNs. When you pay one time for life, you're no longer a customer, you're literally a liability. It's in the company's best interest for you to stop using their service… so they usually just fold up and start a brand new VPN company so they can start charging people again.

I signed up about 2 years ago. I believe it was $6 for 2 connections. I have not had any major problems except for the occasional incorrect password; I just switch to another server. I use the Open VPN software with 256 bit encryption. I never had any DNS leakage and the speed is fast. 92Mbps down and 38Mbps up; just checked it. That is enough bandwidth to watch dozens of 1080 movies at a time or even multiple 4K movies.

I was skeptical when I first signed up. I thought they would fold up or they would drastically reduce the speed making it useless. So far so good.

If you want to watch videos using services such as Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime, Disney+, or HBO Max with the FastestVPN, then you need to upgrade to their PRO Version. SHM

I can watch Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu with the basic service. The only requirement is to briefly turn off the VPN before launching the show/movie. Then turn it back on. The issue is not the VPN provider but the content provider blocking access.

Does not work with hotstar when I tried it like a year ago. When connecting to the Indian servers it was actually showing that the server was somewhere else (i think perhaps near saudi arabia or something) as my google searches were returning stuffs in arabic text. A year ago when I tried this it was giving me a lot of problems with slow speeds and disconnects, their desktop app was also trash and I have not used it since. For streaming services like hotstar I would recommend that you use smart dns proxy or some other vpn (I think surfshark supports hotstar streaming). Again, my views on fastest vpn is from my use from a year ago and I have not used it since.
I just bought the VPN and tried an Indian server and streamed ZEE5. It worked perfectly.

Maybe. But...I would presume
- in the future this could change
- the ToS prohibits this
- betting profits are subject to tax, so at some point it's going to show
- i would imagine they auth location via credit card and/or bank.
I've looked into using a VPN for sports betting sites and the most difficult thing to do is to bypass their location and IP address checks. The sites/apps I looked at would also check to see if you have a mock location app installed on your device.

As annoying as it is, I can't really blame them for being so strict.

The other stuff you mentioned about taxes and banks doesn't really matter because you don't need to live in a state where sports betting is legal, you just need to be "physically located" there while using the service. Im pretty sure you can't use a credit card for anything gambling related though.

The sites I checked out made it clear that you can use them all you want if you are temporarily in a state where sports betting is legal but once you enter a state where sports betting is illegal, you'll be blocked from making any bets.

Bought this and regretting it.

Connecting to servers is slow.
Firestick/Android app is buggy.
Can't figure out how to have it enable at startup/bootup on Firestick. (Always on)
Fails multiple times connecting to local servers.
Slow speeds.
Disney+ giving me geolocation error and won't let me login despite using a USA based server.
The 24/7 Live Chat button on their website is not even a hyperlink, clicking it does nothing.
Are you using an ad-blocking DNS server?

I got that error with D+ and thought it was my VPN (not the one from this post) but the error went away as soon as I turned off the ad-blocking DNS.

If anyone is wondering, I have used the following services with FastestVPN:

1) Netflix US
2) Netflix UK
3) HBO Max
4) Disney Plus
5) Hulu

I've used Hulu on my Fire TV stick on my TV. FastestVPN has an app for Fire TV.
Do you have basic or pro subscription?

I don't recommend this at all even it's at this price. It hardly works for me on, YMMV.

I don't know why people are complaining about this. I also bought this from this deal and it IS working just fine! Sure, the UX isn't great but it's definitely manageable for this price.

For better success, try this:
1. Connect to a variety of servers
2. Run a speedtest on each server
3. Save the good servers as favorites

For my purposes I found many servers with good speeds at the different locations that I need.
