Edit: I picked mine up today and I cooked a few things. Probably ate too much. I'm a first time air fryer user though and I had to test it out.
When I picked it up at Target I also bought some frozen breaded food including this Boom Boom shirmp https://www.target.com/p/royal-as...A-79322185 and some french fries. I don't usually eat that kind of sh*t, but I wanted to see what an air fryer could do as far as texture. I cooked them both and it was really fast. I really liked the texture. It's definitely not the same as deep fried food. It's crisp but it doesn't make you feel like you ate a bowl of greasy sludge afterwards. This oven cooked the food much better than my big oven with convection bake could.
I also made some bacon using the instructions in the pamphlet that came with the device. It called for 400F using the air fry feature. It only took 3 minutes to preheat and after the 10 minutes cook time the bacon came out perfect. It might have been the most evenly cooked bacon I ever made.
Them I made a pizza. I made some dough last night in preparation for this. At 450F, I think it took about 7 minutes to make a 9" thin crust pie. I used the convection fan and that helped the crust to finish nice. But to get the bottom cooked good I think I'll want to use a pizza stone.
Tomorrow, I'm going to try the dehydrated green beans snack that's in the pamphlet. And I'll toast some bread for egg sandwiches that I'll make with some of the bacon I made tonight.
It's a pretty good product. The interior is big enough to cook just about anything I need to cook.

You can change the temp/time at any time by just pushing whichever button and adjusting the dial. The only thing it's missing is a light.
The elements in the cavity are bigger than your typical toaster oven.
It's solidly built and if you're looking for one appliance to do the work of 3-4, this is the one.

On this one I think the display looks a lot better and the menu might be easier to use.
Also, I was thinking about how the french doors look neat, but it just means there's two doors to open and close every time - and the right door always has to be closed first. I think having one door is more convenient.
