Sweet. HD was gone then came back as I was looking at other categories. I also got a Shell $10 for $5 and Kohl's $15 for $10.

Not dead!

I bought Shell and Kohls because HD was not available. Meh - whatever, good deal. Paid then clicked on GC | Special Offers and HD was available for $0 and snagged it.

Maybe they're doing a staged rollout so they become available throughout the day, or we just must keep refreshing? I did not log in/out/in, it was just there two minutes after first purchase.

I got the same message, and also have a Citi Custom Cash card as my only Citi card.

I looked it up and can see that this Citi Easy Deals is a discount program open to Citi Simplicity and Citi Diamond Preferred cardholders. ​

Yeah, my Simplicity works. The with EasyDeals is the dining/entertainment. It's administered by Entertainment so kinda like getting the coupon book for free. Not that much in there these days but a few BOGO offers.

Thanks, got the $10 home depot for free, took a bit to figure out the signup, but at the bottom of citi's account page there is a "Why Citi" section that has the easy deals link

Yes they mail gift cards. I have received many over the last year so it is legit.
