Thank you. This is a well regarded newspaper. I subscribed, then cancelled my subscription to stop auto renewal. This will complement The Economist, NYT and the Washington Post.

I guess so. I got a six month deal a few months ago. Don't remember what I paid, but it could have been just a dollar.

Strangely, I got this deal in my email this morning even though I was a current sub.

Great deal but note that unlike the NYT, WSH and WaPo, this doesn't work in google news - you can't sign in so it will only let you view a few articles from the app

Seems to work for me. I get a brief flash about it being subscriber only, but then it opens up just fine. Maybe I haven't used it enough with Google news to go over the freebie limit.
