use HOLIDAYSURPRISE for 100 off instead of 50 off, making it 1594.99 pre-tax and cash back
Edit: sorry bad at math

If you need to more battery hours, Ryzen Cezanne. If you are going to keep it mostly on your desk with a power brick connected, Intel 11th gen. i7 11800 is going to beat the 5800h in most gaming and productivity benchmarks, especially with the stock ram sticks. Also, temperature will be better in the intel version, especially with undervolting. Ryzen shines when you are mobile. It will be substantially faster than intel on battery or in Quiet mode while providing 1-2 extra hours on battery. Also, it will consume less power than the intel version.

For anyone that forgot to add new customer coupon, you can call Lenovo and ask them to do it on your order and they will give you cashback, I got lucky they discount me 100usd, when you call them just say I forgot to add new customer coupon and I would like to add it can you please help me, after that they will ask question like how much is that code give you and just say I think 100usd don't say 50usd and they will try to give you around 50-100usd depend on your luck, most people got 75usd. Good luck
Also just to add on this topic, the 16gb version will come with "slow" ram but not the one that youtuber review, it's better than the slow ram few months ago, well tbh with you this one run game like a beast so you do not need to change the ram unleash you really need it, it run around 90-110fps RDR2 almost ultra setting at 1080 and around 60-80fps on 2k, also idk if this is region because peoples in USA Vram will be from Samsung but other region will have different brand.

Use incognito and get an extra $50 off with a special code offer from Lenovo (you have to give them an email address, can be a burner email). with urlhasbeenblocked12% cash back and about 2% Chase rewards points (which can be used for for cash back) my final price was about $1,400.
I wasn't able to get the special code for signing up to apply with the other code. It would just replace the HOLIDAY code. Nice if you can get it to work.

this might be the best deal for a 3070 full on laptop one step below the legion 5 4800H which was sold out although this has less ram.

So unfortunate this black friday deal is worse than the one on 11/11 for under $1500.

Is there any 3060 model available for around $1300? I've been waiting for a while since I missed out on last deal

I just received my legion 5 with windows 11 and had to wipe that garbage off and put 10 on there. Discord wouldn't launch or uninstall or reinstall. Old games that run battle eye would bsod. It's not ready for primetime yet.

Alright, couldn't decide between this and the HP Omen, but ultimately went with this. Not sure I made the right choice, but there just wasn't much info on the HP.

Yeah, I missed out on that deal and was kicking myself. This is as close as it gets, so I just pulled the trigger on this one.

I was also deciding between this and the HP Omen. Ultimately, the brighter/better screen on the Legion 5 Pro, as well as the better overall reviews made me go with this one. Also, the restocking fees on the HP were a turn off. Without being able to go and check it out in person, wasn't willing to deal with potentially having to deal with returning it and paying the fees.

Is there a way to downgrade to 10 for free? Or did you have to buy a copy?

Isn't the Omen 17t deal better at almost $240 less?

If you factor in the 12% cashback on the Lenovo, they're almost about the same price. For me, it was $1445 w/tax for the Omen, and $1492 w/tax and cashback on the Legion 5 Pro.

Factoring the potential restocking fee if I didn't like the Omen and the brighter screen on the Legion 5 Pro, I went with the Lenovo. If you didn't want to deal with cashback, the Omen is the way to go.
