They have a note suggesting digital gift cards but I don't see any option for it… am I missing it?

I love Firehouse but their online ordering experience has always been abysmal.

Not yet, but when I look on Firehouse website it says processing for both $15 orders. The 2 promos show awarded although I didn't get the emaisl yet. I will give it more time before contacting them.

I did an order earlier this month when it was $25 to get the free sub and got that code right away, but when I try to access it on their website now I get an error, so I'm guessing they're having some issues right now.


Edit: Didn't receive emails yet but I am able to access the promos now on their website

I bought one, but without a digital option I had to pay $0.55 shipping, so I guess the post price needs to be updated.

And the Italian is just a crazy good sandwich.

Never tried firehouse. Usually do jersey Mike's or whichwich. How does this compare?

How much does a medium sub costs? Is it 6" or 8"?

Per their online menu in Arizona, mediums go for $8.99 to $9.09.

Small 3-4 in.
Medium 7-8 in.
Large 11-12 in.

They are expensive. Some people love them some don't care for them for the quality/price versus competitors.

Also they have an advertisement that the donate money for first responders to buy equipment. You would think it would be a significant amount but it turns out to be one tenth of one percent of their sales. .01%
