are controllers known to go hazy?

i have one the trigger doesnt register always
i have one the bumper doesnt register always
and i have one that the joystick drifts...

Over time those micro switches, etc will tend to malfunction. It takes a little soldering skills to replace the parts if you're into that. Or you can sell it for parts on eBay and pick up a new one.

Save like $5 and get the $50 gift card with its discount on newegg to pay for this. Yes dollar general has them too if there is one near you, but this is online so its easier to do it from home.
