Delivery attempt earlier today was not successful. I ended up contacting UPS via live chat and they walked me through fixing the issue. Apparently when you sign up for UPS My Choice it resets everything for the registered address?
Here's the steps to authorize all packages for release (even when no one is home to sign).
1) From the Tracking tab, select Manage Home Deliveries:UPS My Choice
2) At UPS homepage, click your profile name at the top right and select Preferences
3) Click Edit under the My Choice folder
4) From Delivery Options tab, select Driver Instructions
5) Below the fields is Authorize Shipment Release
