Ordered with coupon yet got charged shipping. Will be calling them to either cancel the order or refund later today. Nevertheless good deal as long as no shipping charges.

So your confirmation e-mail showed free shipping but then your credit card charge included a shipping cost?

Nope. It showed free shipping at the order page, but after payment by PayPal it changed to $6 shipping. Bait and switch. Called to sort it out and the rep said he can't do anything so I decided to cancel

Be careful when using PayPal to pay, the free SH coupon will be removed once you return to the OldNavy website and unlike most other site you will NOT be presented with a final confirmation Place Order page

You will have to call in to get them remove the SH charge (I wanted to cancel but the rep offered to remove the SH charge so all good).

My advice is use your CC.

Not sure why your experience was different from mine, but I followed the directions above about how to use PayPal, was presented with a final confirmation page, still saw Free Shipping, and completed the orders wo issue.

This was two separate orders, 20 mins apart, pants at $20 pretax and shirts at $36 pre-tax, respectively.

I had a pair of their non stretch jeans bought for me last year for Christmas (the slim jeans) in my normal size and they fit like at least a size smaller. I wore them twice and wont wear them again because they are just way too small. I can't even get my hands in the pockets. I bought 3 pairs of the straight jeans and went a waist size up this time. Hopefully they fit or I can exchange them in store or online for my regular size if the pair I got last year was just a fluke in sizing.
