From the manufacturer site: "Eliminates up to 20 ounces* of excess water from the air per day in mid-sized rooms up to 500 sq. ft." That's 1.25 pints. Even 20 pints would be on the low end. Sure, it's small but IMO not likely to be effective.

Also, lower price elsewhere.
