I agree somewhat, but considering the Philips Hue Signe (the "legit" equivalent of this lamp) is $300, this is more of a deal vs. that and seems to have a bit more customizability. Even though I'm a homogeneous Hue household for the most part, at this price, gonna gonna give it a shot for the office and see. Never thought I'd bite on a Govee product ever haha, but this lamp seems pretty cool feature-wise and similar to the Signe for a fraction of the cost. I really like its minimalist design.

I did. It may not have the same polish as Philips Hue (from the app and maybe the hardware), but it's a very impressive ambient light for my office! I usually pair it with additional accent lighting attached to my standing desk (which is a Philips Hue strip adhered to the tabletop edge) and they make a great pair. Both are connected to my SmartThings hub (Govee unofficially) for some fun automations. Overall happy with the purchase and I'd purchase a second one if I needed it right now.
