Lowe's version seems like all LEDs won't work if one fails

How are these normally $30+? They're like any other $5-$10 set of LED string lights.
ETA: the strikethrough price on Walmart for me shows $90.08, so this extreme savings is a...fabrication at best. Costco regularly has them for less than $10 a set and BJs for $14 a set.

I got it from Costco , it has 200 LED but it's Philips and it's $19.99
