My brother was hooked on bcaa for some months, once he stopped he was in some deep depression and zero mood for fitness. This stuff drains your body badly and when you finish the container you need atleast 2-3 weeks to get back to normal operations. Will not recomment
I think his depression came from something else. He should seek help from a dr. Good luck buddy.
