BCAAs supplements are a scam. This may be a good deal on the product but any BCAA advertised product is not worth buying. You need all 9 essential amino acids for muscle protein synthesis. BCAAs only provide 3 and you can get all the necessary essential amino acids through intaking protein.

I know BCAA are pretty useless unless you're at the point of diet of macronutrients but this does make plain protein powder taste good.
