BCAAs supplements are a scam. This may be a good deal on the product but any BCAA advertised product is not worth buying. You need all 9 essential amino acids for muscle protein synthesis. BCAAs only provide 3 and you can get all the necessary essential amino acids through intaking protein.
Thanks. In for two.

I know BCAA are pretty useless unless you're at the point of diet of macronutrients but this does make plain protein powder taste good.

Even if it's just used to flavor water and make it taste better it's a good deal.

Thank you happy holidays!

My brother was hooked on bcaa for some months, once he stopped he was in some deep depression and zero mood for fitness. This stuff drains your body badly and when you finish the container you need atleast 2-3 weeks to get back to normal operations. Will not recomment
I think his depression came from something else. He should seek help from a dr. Good luck buddy.
