Lost my 5 year old kobalt blue version (the original Lowe's version) at airport early this year.
Been looking for a replacement recently.
Last week's deal isn't that sweet, plus limited availability around me.
This one comes with a case and more bits, and it's from amazon. I prefer shopping online and waiting at home.

Suggestions: Never bring it with you as carry-on when taking a flight. Powered tools are not allowed.

Ah yes, the terrorists who might threaten the crew with disassembling the plane or maybe it's to prevent someone from unscrewing and taking the seat with them when they are getting off the plane. If it's the battery, I bet the battery in our phones, tablets, laptops are far more dangerous than the powertools. Really curious why they would not allow powertools? Is hand drill OK? LOL.

In for one. I missed the first deal and was going to settle on the pistol grip version. I'm glad I had the deal alert on and received the email. Not a hugely significant item but good practice for when something epic comes along. Thanks OP!
