These are one of the top BFYB red dots (RDS) for an AR. Amazon currently has this for 38% off. No need to clip a coupon. I bought this Gen II for around $140 a month or so ago. Definitely a budget optic with certain limitations but it holds its own.
It does come with 2 mounts (riser and lower 1/3) and a battery. Vortex VIP Warranty. 150,000 hour life on brightness setting 3 or 4. Parallax is minimal. Build quality is nice. I wish the mount had a 2nd picatinny block or, even better, was a QD because this one has a little play before you torque it down.
Its rated 4.5+ starts with 1,900 reviews on Amazon. I recommend it at regular price so I'm buying a spare now (Christmas present for someone or just to keep for a future build).
