I have had a bad time with this offer - Wireless Advocates sent me the Cash Card 2 months ago and I still never got them in the mail. They won't send me another one and are trying to make me work with Costco to get it fixed

Went to my Costco, they said either I can do BYOD for $300 credit OR Buy an iPhone and get $720 gift card for the second iPhone. But I can't do both.
How many lines were you trying to add? I am thinking of doing this too. We have 4 lines and I was wondering if we could do the BOGO on two iphone 13 and the other two lines with the BYOD $300?

Same as you. I have 4 lines, and I want to add 3 lines (1 BOGO upgrade for $720, 2 BYOD for $300)

If you're current customer, and adding 4 new lines, you could actually do 2x BYOD, and 2X the BOGO $720 iPhones (i.e. 4 phones in total, as only one new line is needed for each Bogo deal--but that's the max per account). So yes 2 lines BYOD, and 1 BOGO $720 redemption (for 2 phones) would be fine on the third additional new line. . .might want to just add 3 lines now, unless you want 4 new iPhones.

I am with cricket and pay 25$ flat per month. how much will i have to pay per month if i use this offer to switch to tmobile. what plans do costco force you to buy?

I could bring in 2 lines but I only need 1 new phone as my wife already has samsung A71 and works fine. I am interested in samsung s21 which I see at 599$ right now. Am I understanding this correctly, that I could get S21 for $599 - 300$ for one line and - 300$ for another line?

Do not switch. Tmobile coverage is horrible. Even along major highways data is dropping constantly. I just quit and have ATT from reseller - uncomparable

That is anecdotal to your circumstances and particular area. In my area, it's just the opposite. And I've been thorough enough to have phones on all 4 (now 3) major networks at the same time this past year to compare.

Heck, I'm somewhat in the sticks, verge of suburban and vegetation for miles lol and my TMO home internet gateway regularly pulls down 200Mbps give or take.

Bonus is I have many lines unlimited for less than $10 a line on postpaid TMO. And still get new phone deals. . .

It's so cheap for me, that I also have a talk/text only prepaid phone on VZW, just in case I am really out in the boonies. And I mean dirt "roads" that don't have names. Costs me $5 a month. Covered on all fronts

Sorry that TMO doesn't pan out in your area.

Can I switch using this promo and then switch my lines to the corporate plan with my employer? Or is there a restriction that you need to be on some expensive plan for certain period
Corporate Plan might disqualify you from the promo. I suggest going on a regular plan waiting 14 weeks to receive the gift cards then switching to the corporate plan. You can do the gift card on any plan from essentials to magenta Max

Seems to be Magenta Max. I want a deal on 2 lines on the Magenta 55+ (not MAX) plan, or something similar. Both lines are currently on the prepaid T-mobile $30 "Walmart" plan, but it has very limited roaming on other carriers networks.
Incorrect. You could get this deal with the Essentials 55+ plan.

Does anyone know if $20 unlimited talk/text and no data plan will work for this?
No, it has to be an unlimited data plan.

I believe so. Saw a sub reddit yesterday where the guy went into Costco to add two lines, and the BOGO promo popped up on reps screen. Did some asking around, and evidently this has been live since middle of August. I would chat in to T-Force to confirm before making the trip.
Yes, you can do BOGO free line with this deal.
