Do yourself a favor and spend $720-900 on the 3060 deal or $1200-1300 on the 5600x/3060ti 30L OMEN deal. Skip this.

this is the best deal I've seen here regarding gpus, so of course slickdealers don't agree.

the 3060 ti is substantially better than the 3060, only marginally slower than a 3070. This is the best bang for the buck you are going to find assuming you can resell the other parts or need them for your build.

You get a highly proprietary PC with quite a few limitations, which can eat into the longevity of the system.
- case is often flimsy, small, and cannot take standard components
- motherboard is usually limited on memory/header/port count, making upgrades difficult/impossible
- underpowered power supply with unique form factor and limited port count

For daily use, it makes no practical difference, but when you have the need to upgrade or repair, you will find yourself facing a lot more problems than had you purchased a system with standard components.

This is a Repost of the deal (same system) I posted a few days ago before the small price decrease today. You can get a HP OMEN for not much more if you would rather have standardized components and upgradeability along with more cpu and gpu options. However this system is the cheapest prebuilt I can find with a 3060Ti graphics card.

You going to buy the basic system off me for $600 when there have been basic i5 boxes with similar specs have been selling for $250?

There's a $350 premium here on the video card and the rest of the system can't quite keep up with the video card if you were to run it as is.

Idk where you look up cpu benchmarks but with a 3060ti this i5 will not be the bottleneck at 1080p and up.

Also, please link me to a complete 10th gen i5 PC without GPU for $250.

I meant if the rest of the PC is useless, I'm happy to take (not buy) the CPU from you.

Yes, you're paying a markup with any and all pre-builts, but folks are acting like the GPU is worth 99% of the cost of this system. A 3060ti isn't worth $1k and the rest of the PC isn't worthless either. A non-F i5-10400 goes new for $170, minimum. Cheap lga 1200 motherboard with wifi is $70 new. A 500w gold PSU retails for $40+. $30 case, $30 for the 256gb SSD and 8gb of ram is $30. That's $370 to get the same basic build before a GPU - far from worthless.

If you're hard up for a RTX 3060ti card and don't mind paying $1000+ (which is actually a typical trending price on ebay for scalpers that buy these cards for around $399 MSRP then profit) then this is actually a good deal because you do get a free PC with it. Yes, the components in this free PC are probably shit-tier and you'd be lucky to unload them for 2 or 3 hundred if you decided to sell them but at least it's a free working PC and a better deal then if you just paid outright $1K for just a video card. So yeah, in today's pandemic climate with the chip shortages it is a good deal. I wonder what brand the RTX 3060ti card is in these pre-builts. I'm sure it's no Asus Strix lol.

If I buy one, will you pay me $370 (with free shipping!) for the husk. These parts aren't nearly as good as your build.
