Online. Called the main customer service line. My local home depot will not price match to online retailersand my local store doesn't have the kit, just the bare tool.

I just called, cs rep straight up said they don't price match sale items. BS, she was probably too lazy to do it.

Doesn't make sense, if every retailer is selling at MSRP and you don't price match sales, then what's the point of price matching.

Agree. It's also wrong based on their published policy:

I contacted them again and got the price match, though they matched to shipped price (their policy) and I did not get additional 10% like OP. They did allow me to use 15% off coupon for $157 and change total so overall happy with outcome.
