possibly one can get it down to as low as 107$ (YMMV), with the below following combinations.
The 137$ number can come down by another 15$ to 30$ (YMMV considering you will get a card or 2) , If you club it with apple gift card sale promo from Amazon /Target/Best Buy . i.e 15$ retailers Gift card when you purchase a 100$ Apple Gift Card.
