Unless you find a "Ready To Ship" unit to buy, it will not be ready to ship for a long unknown time.
Its not like there's any block buster games out now anyway. (That I don't have for the ps5 already) You think I should just wait for a 3080 deal? My plan was to wait for a 4000 series for 8k gaming.

Don't bother with 8k gaming. It's not worth it. 4k is more than enough. Higher refresh rates are very beneficial.

Literally, more than enough. It's funny to even consider 8k gaming being a thing when the minor difference in 4k vs 1440p is hardly worth the performance hit or cost.
Just because you spend $800 doesn't mean that your getting a good gaming comp. The 3060 is not a 1440p ultra setting monster, and the 5300g is such a weak CPU that amd won't release it for retail sales to save themselves the embarrassment.

Are kidding me? I can see the difference in a 8k upscale video of games on my 4k tv. I stop playing rdr2 after seeing how good it looked max out in 4k, going to 2k for 60fps wasn't good enough anymore. I turn off metro exodus after turning on 4k with rtx on. My 1080 can't handle it so I never went back to any of those type of games. Please don't compare 2k to 4k on ultra ever again. Look up crimson desert 8k 60fps trailer that was upload 2 days ago. Been playing in 4k for years now on my computer.....never settle for 1440p again for pc gaming

800 u say? Try spending 3k on a pc and in less then 5 years it's higly outdated....never again

NO, I will bother with 8k gaming and so will you one day. I might even wait for the 5000 series because from what I have seen from this card im not impressed.....10 to 15 fps over the 1080ti

I didn't even say anything about 2k...? I'm saying the jump from 4k to 8k just simply is not worth the hit to performance. It is exponentially more difficult to run 8k with consistent fps. All I was stating is that I would rather run 4k with higher refresh rates rather than try to get a game running in 8k. If 4k Ultra doesn't look good enough for you, then that's your own problem. 1440p is more than enough for me. But to each their own.
