I have this variant and have about 15 games loaded. Still have half the memory left
Not true, most games are like 1 GB each, with exceptions like Walking Dead that is like 8GB? Plenty of space for a casual gamer for just games.
I'd say Amazon one with $50 gift card is better than this. You'd get double the storage and also new.

FYI:

Oculus limited Warranty one (1) year from the date of purchase or delivery of the Product, whichever is later (the "Warranty Period")
That's the same as the warranty on a "new" Oculus Quest 2, correct?

The warranty on the website -- here [oculus.com] -- says "This Warranty covers defects and malfunctions in the new Facebook Technologies product(s) it accompanies (the "Product")". And the one on the Walmart is ambiguous. So I do not know if Facebook actually covers the product, or Walmart or some third-party is doing that.

So are we assuming that these are going to new but just called refurbed because it's not the new version? No reviews so it's hard to tell.
Can you use refurbed units and get the $30 refferral credits?

If you scroll down on that page it has a separate warranty for refurbished products.

It looks pretty much the same as the one for new products, although it is in a different font so is difficult to do a direct comparison.

But it does say "This Warranty covers defects and malfunctions in the Facebook Technologies product(s) it accompanies (the "Product")." (so no "new", like in the other warranty)

It also says "Who Is This Warranty To? Facebook Technologies issues this Warranty to you, as a consumer who has purchased a refurbished, covered product from Facebook Technologies or an authorized retailer ("you"). This Warranty is not available to products that were purchased from any source other than Facebook Technologies or an authorized retailer."

Assuming Walmart is an "authorized retailer", then I assume it is covered under this warranty.

Is a 2 or 3 year warranty worth getting? (2 years for $16 and 3 for $20.)

I bought it and have been having a blast.

My best experience with it is playing Skyrim VR with it. Haven't tried other actual games VR or PCVR

So one of those for $300 + tax on $300, ($321 each here) then get a Target only gift card for $50.

Or two of these for $200 plus tax on $200, ($107 each here). That's 1/3 the cost. Could easily sell the 2nd headset for a small profit...

Target deal also gives you the $50 Target gift card, but in the end up paying more than 250% extra to get it.
Your maths button is brokenz.

The Medal of Honor game won't even fit on this headset though at 40GB. Apparently you need to reset the headset just to make this one bloated game barely fit.

I bought the 64GB early this year. I have about 10-12 games installed with 10-15GB left. I wish I had 128GB but I'll probably update to a newer headset before it becomes too big of an issue.

This guy has no idea what he's talking about. Quest 2 games aren't that large.
He is wrong about the size of VR games for sure, but quite a few games like Myst, Contractors, and The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners are over 10GB and Medal of Honor is literally 40GB.
It sucks to have to constantly uninstall and reinstall games.

I have a lot of apps and like 8 games on my 64GB and I still have 20gb left. And 99% I'm on PCVR. Not a popular opinion but not a big fan of standalone VR. I run mine at 120hz with Airlink. Took a lot of effort to get everything right but oh boy my VR setup now is amazing!

Looking at the games list most games were 5gb or lower but Medal of honor was a whopping 43gb needed on the drive to download. So if that is real then a good up coming gaming might hit that 50gb so best to go with the 128 model.
