All of a sudden, everything I really wanted seems to be only available as a bundle for shipping. Eg. The ryobi inflator-deflator was available to ship until yesterday. Now it's only available in store for pickup under this deal. If I wanted this shipped, I get to pay a bunch more for the kit with the battery and charger I don't need. That sucks.
I bought the mower also during the 25% off. I literally can't get it started because of all it's safeties. I did everything in the manual, looked on Reddit, YouTube, Google. I believe arrived damaged where the metal portion of the grass bag or mulcher is not making proper contact.
I still want it, so I am trying to contact dto for a refund/replacement. I hope you receive a good one.
Hi I'm not sure if it is the same issue but I had to really yank on the handle bar extension to get my self propelled Ryobi locked in the right position to start. I thought I was going to break it but when I got it fully extended it worked like a charm.
That's what I ordered, the reviews on Home depot seems to be good
Just bought it new @Depot. With a coupon, got it for $89 with 2 batteries and a charger. Used paypal to save another 5%, so $85 for drill, bag, charger, 2 batteries.
Still expensive, I think, but probably better than $69 for drill alone?

That's a helluva coupon. That package with two batteries and a charger goes for $178 on Home depot.
Same on some items I purchased. I called (very long wait, but they do call back so you don't have to stay on hold). The rep was more than happy to cancel and let me rebuy. Once on the phone, took less than 5 minutes.
So you were able to get your order canceled? I called and they said they can send the request to the warehouse to be canceled....

Yeah same deal with me. Was hoping they'd cancel on the spot. But it should be fine, according to their site they will probably take a week to process the orders.

If you haven't tried that give it a shot.
I already contacted them and getting a refund. I placed another order for one during the 30% sale, but it shouldn't be this difficult to get it started.
I picked up a couple things for a good price, but I noticed some of the items I was watching went OOS before the sale went live and remained OOS until right after the sale ended. Apparently, these were items DTO did not wish to discount. :x
One of my orders (placed at 7PM, 11/29) was shipped the next day (11/30), while the inflator (placed at 2PM, 11/29, 5 hours earlier than the other) was still in process (as of 12/2).

Ryobi inflator deflator here, non kit. Placed during the very brief time it popped up in stock during the sale. Still in process. Not shipped.
Also, I fully expected them to not ship for upto 10 days. It's happened with past orders I've made with them too.

It took them 10 days to ship my items out during one of their big sales last year. They get flooded because of slickdeals
Good to know, thanks. One of my orders shipped next day as well but my other is still in process. Will make sure to give them plenty of time to fulfill it before contacting them

you would think they would hire some seasonal help or something given the crazy sales numbers, instead they just let it repeat every single year. gets annoying, and I feel so bad for their warehouse guys, makes me not want to give them repeat business but yet here I am.

You sure it's not the 1 battery and charger package for $99 below?
