That was gen 10 and only available in 1 store for $150, but $210 everywhere else. For $40 more and available at all locations this is a good deal for the lga 1200 swan song i7.

Definitely skip these if you can, there is a reason they are cheap. Alder lake (12th gen) is miles better than these or go AMD.

Any boards less than 225+ worth buying? Checking z690 the price difference in the board increases the overall build cost by quiet a bit.

Rather stick with my $280 5700G. Won't have to dish out another $300 for an 'ok' video card as well.
