No problem, I think that's why some people down voted.

I own several Jackery products. I think that is a fair and accurate criticism. You do get less cycles from Jackery then you do others. The trade off is basically simplicity of use and arguably better and reliable support. I think they have a pretty good track record for reliability.

Need a power station for camping with two kids, thinking of getting this, as this has an upgraded charging capabilities vs the 240, but also hearing GoLabs is better with a LifePO4 battery? Can anyone help me out with suggestions?

I actually own this and the golabs 300. They are very similar. It's true that the golabs uses a longer life expectancy battery as you mentioned. The battery in the jackery is still a good one and is also much lighter weight. The other advantages to the jackery is the fit and finish is worlds better and that you can charge via usb-c and solar/wall at the same time with the jackery. It's either/or for the golabs. Also the jackery charges about 10 watts faster from solar or car (and you could add usb-c to make it even faster!) I have a 12v cooler and a bunch of gadgets and the jackery is what I reach for on road trips. For occasional use, I'd pick the jackery. For everyday/frequent/heavy use I'd pick my golabs.

Can this power my whole house during a power outage? Central air conditioning, fridge, charge my Tesla just the necessities 😎

I kid, I kid but someone usually asks this question when these pop up

If I have a small tv (32") and a Nintendo GameCube-- will it power these for at least 10 min? I buy retro games from people-- and bought one too many consoles that didn't work and would love to be able to check the games and consoles when I show up to purchase

True, they're lithium ion vs. the latest and greatest lithium iron phosphate, which boasts a lot longer life cycle.

However, the way people use a power station this small, I doubt number of cycles is even a relevant talking point. By the time you get to the point where the Jackery has degraded to only 80% of its original rated capacity, it will be several years and people like us will just buy the newest toy out there.

If you're talking big batteries that you cycle multiple times a day, then the conversation changes.

No but if you throw it in the tub while it's charging, you'll get pretty toasty.

In theory, at 293Wh, this should be plenty. 500 watts peak should be ok too.
