In this case, no. Usually these THD deals are a package deal with multiple skus being discounted. This is a combo deal of a single sellable sku so you would have to return all or none.

Is the Drill/Impact Combo + Circular Saw worth it?

Need the impact wrench most. Lug nuts. The saw will be nice to have. The drill would make a good replacement to the aging craftsman 12v I have.

Also would love to get into the DeWalt battery ecosystem.

That's the combo I bought. On occasion the bare tools may be found for about $50, so this was exactly what I wanted
