Had the same headset for about a year with no issues actually very comfortable and feels somewhat sturdy. It's no Astro A40 but for the price you can't beat it.

I have these. I brought at the point of the pandemic when nearly everything at Microcenter was gone, sold out, except for the models costing $200+ (MC had plenty of those); May 2020.

Not that I have dropped them, but they have not failed. I saw the reviews when a friend needed a new headset and I recommend them, he pointed out the physical failure reports, and I was a bit concerned.

No one on discord or crappy in-game chat has asked me adjust my mic or fix my audio. I use on PC via audio jack.

I appreciate that my ears do not get very hot, the pads are not air circulation blocking pleather. They're comfortable while wearing glasses.

I had this and it failed immediately they sent me a replacement and that failed in a week also.

Still fails even if you are gentle with it. I wouldn't have believed it unless it happened to me and it did twice. I would not recommend this. The mic fails.

I have these. They're Comfortable. Simple Plug in and play with basic 3.5 mm jack. Can't say too much about the audio as I don't have much to compare it to, but I'd say they do the job. U no longer can customize the eq because the steel series app doesn't support it anymore though.

This headset is not good for pc at all. Pc user stay away from it. Great for ps4 & Ps5 users.

i have an Arctis 5 which seems to be the same basic product & the mute button has stopped functioning. it is incredibly frustrating being unable to rage privately.
