My two tips:
- be sure your phone/tablet is connected to the 2.4Ghz Wifi when setting up, as like many other IoT devices it uses 2.4Ghz wifi only for its better range vs 5Ghz
- if using an iPhone (not sure about Android), you need to allow GPS with 'Precise Location' enabled for the app during setup only. With the Precise Location off, it just wouldn't complete the setup
