$300 for the 75Hz non-UltraGear version of this monitor is a good deal, so $20 more for 144Hz… yes please.
its a wash depending on your needs. For gaming yes, of course. For use with a laptop for work from home, the usb-c input and 60watt charging with a single cable makes the non-gear version better for some. you can tell thats the one i need

Would this be good for video and photo editing?
This would be great for video and photo editing, especially with the mount. I strongly recommend calibration though to even further the color accuracy.
I bought this almost two months ago when they ran a deal that included an Xbox controller with this but it's fantastic. I wish there was a 4K/60hz version of this monitor with the stand available so I can do work on that one and game on this one.

I ordered the LG 32UN880-B, which is the 4k 32" 60hz version from Costco yesterday, but they are probably sold out now.
I hate when people don't do their own research, but everyone seems to know all the versions so I will ask...
Is there a cheaper version of this without the adjustable stand? I spent the big bucks on an Ergotron (amazonbasics branded) stand and hate to spend money on a slick mount that I don't have a use for.

I got 2 of these with the xbox controller deal and agree, love the monitors. The ergo stands are amazing.
Love a good ergo stand. If anyone was wondering, like I was, if this attaches via clamp or a hole in desk, It's a clamp. Additionally the max is 3" and not 3.5" as advertised per a review on the LG website.
