I ended up going with the Apollo Air Pro with the Commuter package for $654.00. It doesn't quite have the same range, but basically the same speed, front suspension, and lighter. https://apolloscooters.co/pages/b...ooter-sale

Yeah reviews are terrifying and new model looks hella improved
shipped and sold by amazon should help with future customer service if needed. That's why I was holding off on the previous Woot deal. The discount should help consumers weighing pros and cons of the negative reviews.
I bought an "ES3 Plus" which is very close to this from Costco for $579.99 (in-store price). I'd rather have that Costco return policy for the few extra dollars ($599.99 online).

What's "ES3 plus", and how do its specs compared to ES4? The 2 specs I considered were Range and Weight.
I bought 2 of these back in 2018 for less than $700 each. One have over 1000 miles on it and the other have over 900 miles. I keep both updated whenever there is a system update. I haven't had any problems with the scooters. Both have paid for itself. My only gripe with the scooters is the speed used to get up to 19 mph. Now both max out at 15 mph. Maybe I need new batteries if I want a higher speed.
