You're thinking for Live Gold. This is for GamePass Ultimate. Retail price is $14.99/mo. The cheapest I have bought it for in previous years was around the $7/mo mark. I think this is going to likely be the cheapest price this year.

Yes. I just tried and was able to place two separate orders for two codes each. Was able to push my subscription out for another year until sometime in 2024. I encountered no problems when checking out the second time.
