Never used VIPOutlet before, looks like they mostly deal with WalMart returns...how's the typical quality of a big-ticket item like these TVs from them?

well it's good that it sold out, otherwise I would be tempted to upgrade my B7 to a C1, although nothing wrong with what I have now, but is the white "whiter" (brighter) on C1 over B7? Does it have Alexa or Goog Assist voice controls for on/off and volume and change input etc? I get some of that function from a Chromecast now.

I've bought a laptop, iPad Pro and TV from them and never had any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them for refurbished items.

Received my unit today. Box was open at the bottom and one of the plates was bent. Fortunately the TV was ok. Haven't had a chance to check the hours. The remote was missing and emailed support about it.

I bought the 48" c1 open box. Arrived yesterday, the molded foam on the inside was broken I to 4 pieces and they'd packed it with the display facing out - directly against the shipping box's outer wall.

The display was smashed all along the left edge and cracked along the bottom edge too. Wouldn't power on, not that it would've mattered.

Sadly its now out-of-stock so they couldn't send a replacement but on the bright side, their support was very easy to deal with. They approved my refund within 18 hours after I emailed them photos of the damage, packaging, and serial number label.

Now to figure out what to do with this broken TV... I guess I'll sell it for parts so someone can repair theirs.
