Folks - I submitted a request a week ago after a Verizon purchase but haven't heard anything back. How long does that group take to respond?
Also is there any status dashboard for SD rebates?

when you say you submitted a request, you mean using the online form, right? if you chose "slickdeals rebates" that's probably why no response yet, since the program no longer exists. i'm not sure if there's anyone still checking there. confusing, i know. now that the older program is gone i'll see if maybe they can remove the option from the list.

i would submit a new ticket if you chose the wrong option the first time..i think they generally respond within a few business days.
as noted "slickdeals rebates" no longer exist as of a few months ago so unfortunately there's no one checking emails sent there anymore. thanks for writing so we could get you sorted out ! we hope that you don't have any more trouble, but in the future if you have an issue with the rewards program please be sure to choose "slickdeals rewards" as the subject in your request.
