Yes. I have used a few Android apps and aside from some weird UI stuff, they have all worked.

Comes with the keyboard/stand which has the trackpad on it too. BestBuy may also have some open box ones that could save even more money. This is a solid Chromebook at a solid price. You can check out a review of the unit below if you're on the fence.

Awesome! The Samsung A7 tablet ($160 from Costco) and the double typing Book Cover Keyboard ($30 from Samsung.com) are going back.

Now, time to decide if a locally available Open Box Certified @ $175 or an Open Box Excellent @ $167 is worth sacrificing the "I'm the first to open the box" feeling.

Good chromebook tablet at a reasonable price. It runs most Android apps. Works pretty good in tablet mode as well.

How does this compare to the 14" Chromebook from Best Buy recently for $129 (TN) screen or $149 (IPS)?

People missed the $79 deal?
The $79 deals was totally different tablet, only similar in specs, 32gb vs 128gb. This model also includes keyboard with trackpad.
Not saying this is a good price as this has been $170 (64gb) before but this is great chrome book for whom in market for one.

Be aware that the "15.9 ounces" weight is not accurate. With the cover and keyboard, it's close to double that. On the upside, it runs most Linux apps pretty well.

Isn't this one on the slow side with the Helio P60T? Octane score is below 10,000. These days, Octane scores of at least 15,000 are pretty snappy in Chromebooks.

A legit point that didn't need thumbing down.

Other than the 32 vs 128GB storage, basically the same exact thing. I got the $79 10e and am very happy with it.

A bluetooth keyboard/trackpad or a keyboard case and thats a good chrome device.

Same SoC, same ram, allegedly the duet is "thinner and more 'elegant'", and whatever that means...I can't see much difference.
