National city, CA shows them in stock.

Serious question: how old might the production dates on these be? Batteries age, and the non wireless charging ones from Costco are 40th week or so of 2021 because of the high sales volume and constant refreshing of stock. I just feel the wireless charging ones don't move as fast because of price.

Went to Best Buy and chatted online. First they were saying they cannot price matched to Walmart, and then they corrected themselves, and then it was OOS and therefore they cannot price match it. The unfortunate thing is that Walmart had it in stock when I first started the chat with BB, and it took them 30+ minutes to came to the conclusion that they are allowed to price match to Walmart ....... :-(

The point of a loss leader used to be advertise a screaming deal and get people into the stores to buy stuff that actually made money. Based on all of the feedback that local stores didn't have inventory and even the shipping options quickly went OOS, I don't think WM thought this through. Probably could have advertised 10 bucks off and still sold every single one they had.

So mine shipped via FedEx, but it shows delivered already to an address that's not the delivery address I put on the order.. looks like maybe a store address in another state. On hold now with Walmart… ugh.

Yes, got mine yesterday. They cancelled my store order pickup but gave me the option to have it shipped. Can confirm it is the wireless charging AirPods.
