Customer service said it is out of stock and ordered will be cancelled if not full filled within 10 days…

Is the order canceled or still showing delayed? should have questioned customer service on the effort and time that you had put on this

It is still showing delayed. Customer service rep wanted to cancel it so I got order a new one (??) but that doesn't make sense as I wont be able to get it for that price.
So he said there is a backlog, if stock not replenished within 10 days it will be auto cancelled.
I asked, if that happens, how they will arrange I can order later for the original deal price, but answer was basically they don't…. Indeed not great service.
They either made a mistake in assigning stock to ordered or they deliberately pulled stock

Same here, placed the order thrice, the first two orders with Delivery option got canceled through WM saying that they were out stock. Spoke to them over phone and asked how is it possible to place an order for items/products which are out of stock...They were giving reasons which made no logic at all. The third order was placed and I choose shipping and this one is in delayed status. Don't understand why do they keep the product available and do not process the order.

Mine started shipping, has a FedEx tracking nr. Who would have thought that. Arrival estimated for Friday.

Well, what shall I say…
I received my package after a few days in holdup at the regional FedEx facility.
But when I took it from the mailroom, I directly noticed smt was off, the box was opened before and poorly closed again with some packaging tape.
And indeed, the box was empty!!!
Perhaps the FedEx worker who stole my AirPods can leave a review here on how he liked them?!
….

So… after an embarrassing amount of time spent, I was able to get a reorder for the original sale price. The caveat is… apparently Walmart allows 3rd party vendors on their site, so they can't do price adjustments on 3rd party sales, I guess I got lucky by having the product momentarily come back in stock from Walmart proper for $149.99 (the 3rd party price was $198.99) while I was in chat with customer care, so they had me replace the order at $149.99 and then issued me a refund for the difference. Whether the reorder actually ships, remains to be seen. I am skeptical at this point and if it hangs up again, I refuse to waste any more time perusing… It is what it is.
