Just a heads up, Hisense's "try it and buy it 100 day guarantee" is a nightmare logistically speaking. I tried to return my TV this way after a few weeks, multiple phone calls to them and their automated system, multiple emails to their marketing team, finally a shipper contacted me and was like "we will be there in half an hour" with no notice, I told them I wasn't home and they said they would call back, finally got an email this week about returning the TV and making an appointment (over 5 weeks after I initiated it through Hisense) and I told them I already set up a return with Amazon.com

Total nightmare so I would only buy if you are not planning on returning, or you can return it through Brandsmart, or drop it off yourself, etc.

Did you get a full refund including tax from Hisense? I bought the U8G from the PC Richard deal but I live in Texas so no local stores. I'm not looking forward to the returning headache if I get a bad panel.

To clarify, my comment was about how impossible Hisense customer service is to deal and how inept they are making the 100 day guarantee worthless. I ended up returning it to Amazon for a full refund/tax, etc.

How about motion rate is 480 good ? I used to have uhd 4K 120 it's working fine but not sure about lower motion rate.

I just ordered, and was charged $179 shipping. There was no confirmation of the final purchase price before placing the order or the expected delivery date, it went through instantly. Now I am on hold in customer service hell trying to find out if there is really free shipping, or if I can cancel the order. BrandsMart sucks
