Ah man, they wouldn't give me a partial refund even though I got this TV a couple weeks ago. Had to order a new one and I'll have to return the one I got.

I just bought this. The $400 4K TVs you've seen are garbage compared to this thing. It's fantastic. My only gripe is that over-the-air NFL games actually look worse than they do on my 10 year old 1080p Sharp TV. I don't know if it's trying to upconvert the HD signal, or what, but it's a bummer.

I was also able to get BB to price match. It was my second try today (on chat). The first one simply refused stating that this product isn't eligible for the price match. The second one was more helpful and told me that I am eligible for price match on this tv (almost after 1 hour of research). I also used PayPal to pay, as Chase card is offering 5% cashback on purchases using PayPal using Chase freedom card.

Bb did not want to price match so I told them I'll return the tv and buy it elsewhere. Their excuse what this item is a sale of cyber week. I asked them where does it say that? 3 minutes later they changed their mind and will process a refund. Hope that helps anyone.

Same size? Sports look much better on my 42 inch 10yr old Panasonic than they do my 65 inch 4k 6 series but mostly because of the size. Your comment gives me pause as I was considering upgrading my 2019 tcl to this mainly for sports (and I need to move one to the basement)

I too debated reading thru all the posts. Ordered, canceled... and finally pulled the trigger on Hisense. TCL is long in the market compared to Hisense but 635 in specific unless it it 2021 models doesn't support HDMI 2.1. 635 sold on Amazon is 2021 model and supports 2.1 but isn't native. People recommend 646 hardware with 635 firmware. HDMI 2.1 was my decision factor as I am planning to buy a PS5 when available.

Anybody couldn't price match with BB, Amazon has this for $996 with 10% back on their credit card, equals to the same net credits. I ordered it previously for $998 canceled today after BB price matched.

I was in the same boat. I would prefer TCL branding, but due to the variables you mentioned i went with Hisense as well. Hopefully it pans out well and will compare it to my 2018 TCL 6 series.
