Usually, its good to have 2 browser windows open, one for the chat and one for placing thr order and giving the order number to the agent if they ask you to place the order and provide the order number.

ahhh, never did a PM with BB chat before. working with another agent now... she says the tv isn't eligible.... I requested she look at past chat logs that contradicts her findings... waiting for her to review.

Now wonder their (BB) shares are down %12 after their less-than-stellar 3Q findings...

It can do 4K/120 but…it can only do HDR or VRR. Not both simultaneously.

This is important if you are buying this for gaming.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it but there is a problem with red ghosting. Overall I'm pretty happy with the picture. But the red ghosting has started to really bug me. I'm sending mine back soon partially because of it, I'm also a bit unsure about relying on Hisense to last for many years.

I played on my PS5 and the games look effing amazing. Played God of War recently and my God it was beautiful on the U8G. Doubt doing both will be a big deal breaker

Make sure you update the firmware and that problem will be fixed

Lucky you. I was placed on hold for several minutes. The CS rep then stated that the $179 shipping charge could not be refunded, so I canceled the order.
I suspect that delivery would not have been made until late December if I didn't cancel, so I decided to stick with the Amazon order I placed on Cyber Monday.

Yes, it can. This is incorrect and has been documented on forums.

You have to turn off FreeSync in the Hisense settings. Then on the Xbox Series X (PS5 does not yet support VRR) turn on VRR. So FreeSync off on TV, VRR on Xbox.

FreeSync and VRR are basically the same thing. Google the comparisons and their meanings.

Can you explain why you would want a TV from Best Buy? They do not offer the 100 day return because Best Buy is not on the Hisense retailer list.
