After 2.5 hours of cycling through different chat reps, I finally found a rep willing to not only price match at best buy, but also let me do the secure cart order. Out the door price after tax and all was $979. Will arrive December 15th. So if you keep getting bad reps just keep trying!

The internets say Upsie denies pretty much every claim, which makes them useless. I don't have any direct experience with them, but have never had an issue processing claims with SquareTrade (now Allstate).

Thanks, second try failed as well. Just my bad luck I guess. I don't want to spend any more time chatting with reps. I ordered from Amazon for $1067 with taxes. I get 10% back to my Amazon card.

Now that I've bought this from Best Buy and can pick it up today, how do I go about in canceling my order from PC Richard and Son? That delivery is going to take a week and I no longer want the TV from them. Anyone know the best way? I contacted them via email and they said I'd incure a $99 rerouting fee if I canceled my order before delivery.

I too was able to get a post-purchase price adjustment through Best Buy. First chat rep jumped right into it and provided the match. I'm glad I've shifted most of my tech purchases from Amazon over to Best Buy this year. They've been solid lately.

If PC Richard won't cancel it without fees, you can probably take advantage of the 100 day trial and send it back to HiSense since it's supposed to be satisfaction guaranteed. But from some earlier posts in this thread, that process might be rather lengthy and frustrating.

Where? Everything I'm seeing for the Vizio OLED is $1200 for a 55". $200 more for 10" less. Also has VRR issues, 4K@120Hz issues and lower brightness (according to rtings).

I have used Upsie for years, dating back to my S7 Edge phone (which was super expensive to replace the screen). Been through multiple repairs and never an issue. They are great.
