Right. Most people, including me, think antiperspriant is much more effective in doing what you want it to do (keep you from smelling bad).

Ok but like what if you're doing something very active wouldn't you want to be able to actually sweat?

I've taken medication that causes you to not sweat and boy does it make you feel like garbage

What's the point of deodorant without the antiperspirant component? Does this product simply give your sweat an "ocean surf" scent?

Thanks OP for this. I alternate with antiperspirant every other day. Works perfect. I find that the Speed Stick or Degree antiperspirant works longer than 24 hours so using deodorant seems to "refresh" the antiperspirant effect.

Primo deal.

seems like a good deal, but like some others I only stick with the antiperspirant and I (and my wife) particularly prefer the antiperspirant gel.

I think most people think they need both but have never tried just deodorant. I've been using this exact deodorant for decades and have had no b/o - and gotten compliments on the scent.

Deodorant=No odor
Antiperspirant=No perspiration

But if you sweat buckets from your pits, by all means, get the antiperspirant!

You get the carcinogenic effects of Aluminum free when you buy the anti-perspirant.
