Its not used it is factory refurbised and has 3 years warranty which is even better than buying it brand new.

This one seems to come directly from Bose AND it includes a 2 year warranty by Allstate so a pretty good deal. The refurb QC35 I bought last year from Bose came in pretty much brand new in a generic white box

I had one experience redeeming the AllState warranty for a pair of WF XM3 I bought on Ebay that came with the same warranty as this pair and it was flawless. I bought the pair of XM3 for $80 and Allstate gave me back $60 because the battery died and they said I could keep it/not send it to them.

found out I could replace the batteries and tried it and it's working great again so I basically got the pair for $20 + replacement batteries + tax I paid on it.

This one seems to come directly from Bose AND it includes a 2 year warranty by Allstate so a pretty good deal. The refurb QC35 I bought last year from Bose came in pretty much brand new in a generic white box

I had bad experience with refurbished Bose headphones. The cup on mine eventually fell apart to the point it no longer worked. After a year or two of gentle use.

Why some are saying it has 3 years warranty? I thought it's only 2 from Allstate, is it one year from Bose and 2 from Allstate? How is Allstate warranty? Would they cover for parts and labor for everything?
