A lot of ppl says otherwise. I have neither, but here's this:

The JBL PartyBox 100 is a better speaker than the JBL PartyBox 300. The PartyBox 100 is better-built and more portable thanks to its smaller size. It also has a more balanced sound profile and a better soundstage performance. However, the PartyBox 300 has less compression at max volume, and its battery life is longer. -rtings

The 310 is $500.

I would argue two 100 at $400 is better than one 310 at $500

Bought one last year and it was awesome by the pool this past summer. Walmart's with Dallas zip codes seem to have in stock at this price. Buying another one to check out the bluetooth stereo.

The 110 and 310 are water resistant
