I thought the same til I clicked the expand purchase button above the total at the bottom of page. It really does come out to 13 cents plus 4 dollars shipping.

I just can't get the $5 off coupon to work.

Try adding 2 "special" discount items and 1 "trial" item. The trial item discount seems to only be applied to a single item, thus if 2 trial items are added to cart, only 1 of the trial item will receive the discount.

How are y'all getting this to work? I am following the directions exactly with the exact same items and the total is $9.60 every time.

Edit: Finally got it! Had to create a new account. For some reason, my existing account did not take the $5 coupon. Just in case anyone else has the same issue!

Worked perfect! I opted for 2 of the 4 packs of lip balm instead of hand santizer and 1 of the 8 packs.. $1.00 total, plus .33 cents tax and $4.00 shipped. Not bad at all! Thanks
