How do you even use this? Dilute it with water in an old windex bottle?

I bought these last time they were on sale and they are pretty good cleaners, but the product is almost impossible to get out due to them having a special cap (under the regular cap you see in the picture) that is not removable. I had to puncture it with a knife and even then the plastic cap is so thick that I can only slowly squeeze out a stream. It may be easier to just cut the whole thing open and use in a different container.

They are supposed to be used with this dispenser: https://www.staples.com/handy-mix...uct_815075

Yep. I always use distilled water to dilute cleaners.

I bought a jug last time. I use it in a bucket with a microfiber wash mit and a large squeegee to clean about 10 large storefront windows I have wrapped around my back porch. I put about 2 gallons of water and a few squirts to suds it up.

It cleans pretty good. It is almost like car wash soap, but a little less sudsy. Cleans the crud and dirt from the frames and windows well.

I don't know if I would use it on a smaller scale indoors in place of Windex. But for outdoor windows that you want to suds up and scrub down good, then squeegee, it works pretty good for that purpose.

Almost impossible to get out of the jug. I'm going to try and remove the plug, but it's about an inch and solid plastic, so going to be tough to remove. Might have to use a drill and drill out a big hole in it.

It's more of a low suds "soap" concentrate, than it is a vinegar/ammonia "glass cleaner" concentrate.

It took me a good 2 hours to figure out how the cap works. So it will dispense if you put pressure on the cap.
What you do is get a spray bottle, flip the cleaner upside down with the twist cap off, and line up the opening of the bottle to the lid of the cleaner. Press down and the concentrate will start to flow easily.
I hate how there are no instructions on how to dispense this thing.
