I can't believe after all this time, and with Google search being a thing, that people still don't understand how it works. You can buy a game and play it just like you would any other game you buy. No subscription. No other cost. Alternately, you can buy a pro subscription and play a number of titles for free. You can also permanently add games to your subscription library by simply adding them whenever they are free. Does anyone need it spelled out in crayons?

The trial gave me a $10 off a game purchase. I used it to buy Rayman Legends, which was discounted to 9.99. Got that title for free after coupon. Now I just have to remember to cancel the subscription.

Yes. When you reactivate your membership all the games you previously claimed can be played for free again.

I recently bought Stadia and I was wondering if I can able to rotate my controller to rotate the car in racing games. But I dont think we can do that. Playing racing games with joystic is no fun. Any help?

Stadia is indeed free and many stadia users do get value. For example, here's how I use Stadia. Never paid for pro. I only paid once to buy Fifa 21 from the Stadia store many months ago (when it was on sale for ~$20). Now I play it on multiple platforms - on my chromecast, on my phone, on the web browser and the best thing is, it works with most controllers! You keep access to games you have paid for, but you do lose 4k and 5.1 when you cancel the Pro subscription.
