Santa brought 4 of these guns for the whole family last year. They are great guns, hold 8 bullets and are fun to hold. We bought some glasses too. The only rule is no shooting in the rooms with flat screen TV's. I am not sure if they can damage TV's but they are too expensive to find out.

The best part about these and the older Nerf bullets is that you will find them in your home for up to a decade after you have gotten rid of the guns. We had some that moved with us across the country.

Buy 2 get 1 free is valid on a lot more Nerf items. Pretty much everything at Target except for Ultra and Hyper lines. The weird thing is that the newest addition to Nerf's line up, Mega XL, is included in the deal: The single shot Mega XL Big Rig (comes with 3 darts) would be a good choice to swap for one of the Takedowns since it's almost the same price, and who doesn't like firing huge ass "as girthy as hot dogs" darts. ;-)

Also Amazon has matched some of the buy 2 get 1 free items.
