I have purchased a few Apple Watches from them. They are legit. However, a few of my orders just got cancelled for no reason. When contacted the CS, they said that the payment didn't go through. Not sure why some times the same card worked and other times it didn't. To be precise, I made 5 total purchases over the last year. 2 got cancelled because of payment not going through and 3 were fine. All five were made with the same AmEx CC and same account. So if you don't get shipping notification within a day, call them otherwise they will just cancel your order 2-3 days later.

Same thing happened to me, try again, it should pull the order, it will say "Open"

I received an order confirmation email and the order number shows up online, however, when I click on the order number online it gives an error. I think it's too new. My CC did not flag the purchase.
