Actually, combining this with the sales they've had this week has worked out well for me (ok, I don't have anything in hand yet, but they shipped). For example, combined 15% off giftcards at Dollar General for a Ocululs Link cable that was $20 off on sale. I don't think that has been beat anywhere, not even close.

I could not disagree more. This comment made sense 1 year ago… not today. GameStop price matches competitors and has had remarkable Black Friday / Cyber Week deals. They sell a lot more than just games now as well. They have also greatly improved their customer service and shipping abilities. If you haven't purchased from GameStop in the last 6 months, you haven't noticed the turnaround this company has made.

e: For example, I bought a brand new Xbox controller on sale for $49, and GameStop delivered it to my house in 3 hours… no additional shipping charge for that service.

Well they still send you opened games and call them new so that hasn't changed. Took a chance on their Black Friday sakes. Out of 6 new games, 2 were opened.

Decent deal when stack with Chase 5% cash back. Otherwise, getting Happy Cards with 15% bonus or cash back to redeem for GameStop gift card would be a better deal.
