Fyi offer still works in store. Although not sure about buyying multiples as I only bought one, but I got 5% off with redcard(technically 4.5% because you get 5% off 90 not 100 because of $10 giftcard) and free $10 target giftcard.

It's letting me select the gift cards to make a payment on the remaining balance of a stay scheduled for next summer. It might not automatically take it off on the scheduled payment date, but it lets you select the cards yourself to make the second payment.

@travbrw can you please explain? So if you have $100 GC in acct and need to pay $150 it won't allow using GC and pay remainder $50 w/cc?

As a follow-up, I bought 9 $100 Airbnb gift cards and successfully applied them to my account. I then used them to pay off almost all of a second payment due and used my credit card for the rest. You absolutely can use them for a second payment. The only question is whether or not Airbnb would automatically apply them if you waited for the second payment to process on the scheduled date.

Incorrect - I was worried about exactly this, and have a reservation early next year I wanted to use this $100 gift card for. I bought the GC, got the Airbnb pin # in email (and the target $10). On airbnb (web not mobile), you can pull up the second half of the reservation, select 'manage payments' and then apply the credit:

That's not true. I have accumulated $300 of the $1000 I need for second payment. I went to change payment method on the second split and it allowed me to use the $300 in gift cards.. but it said if I did, I would have to be charged the entire amount now. So I'm holding off.. gonna check if the stores sells a physical Airbnb GC first to bypass the 1 promo per customer limit online

On the first day of the deal, I bought two right away, redeemed them both one right after the other on Airbnb, and then did one at a time and would redeem on Airbnb before ordering the next. I bought a total of five gift cars that day. Always using my RedCard.

The deal went inactive for a bit and then I saw on here it was live again. I bought 4 more, one at a time and would redeem on Airbnb before ordering another. Again using my RedCard. Not sure if redeeming before ordering another makes a difference? Maybe using the Redcard avoids the credit card company from kicking it back as a duplicate transaction?

Never got one cancellation.

I was only able to get two orders in before they started cancelling. Looks like it's based on shipping address and/or payment method, if they match with other orders it'll get cancelled, even if you're in a different target.com account.
